ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the efficacy and adverse reactions of SOX and GP combined with two chemotherapy methods. Methods From January 2014 to September 2016 came to our hospital for treatment of three advanced breast cancer patients with negative 84 cases as the research object of observation, were randomly divided into SOX group and GP group were given chemotherapy measures and clinical observation on the treatment of.Results Two groups of patients with CR,PR,SD,PD,the number of cases and the total effective rate comparison,P values were 0.693,0.637,0649,0.801,0.823; two groups of patients with diarrhea, liver damage, thrombocytopenia, nausea and vomiting, neurotoxicity, anemia, leukopenia, rash, renal toxicity, appetite the incidence rate of decline,P values were 0.374,0.629,0.643,0.374,0.645,0.434,0.450,0.693,0.645,0.815.Conclusion Standard chemotherapy regimens for advanced three negative breast cancer was not uniform, but the SOX and GP regimens are safe and effective, can be used for clinical treatment.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative individuation mental nursing on operative patients. Methods 56 cases of patients with operation were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. The patients in the experiment group were applied with preope rative individuation mental nursing and routine nursing care ,while only received routine nursing care in the control group. The alteration of blood pressure, heart rate and anxiety of patients before and after intervention was evaluated. Results The blood pressure, heart rate and anxiety level of experimental group became better than the control group. Conclusion Personalized preoperative psychological care can to stabilize mood and reduce anxiety, so it was an effective way to make operation successful.

ABSTRACT

DNA-PKcs, the catalytic subunit of DNA-dependent protein kinase (DNA-PK), plays an important role in the nonhomologous end-joining (NHEJ) pathway of DNA double-strand breaks (DSBs) repair. To investigate the effects of DNA-PKcs down-regulation on cell growth and sensitization to low dose radiation (LDR), we transfected DNA-PKcs siRNA into human mammary epithelia cells MCF10F, then, detected the proliferation curve of the cells and the expression of protiens in DNA repair pathways. The results showed that DNA-PKcs gene silencing, induced by the transfection of DNA-PKcs siRNA could suppress significantly the cell proliferation and inhibit the expression of the DNA repair proteins, such as Ku80, ATM and P53 after 50 cGy 137Cs gamma-irradiation.The results suggested that DNA-PKcs gene silencing could increase the sensitivity of human breast epithelial cells to the LDR, which might be relative with the decrease of the proteins.
